We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Marketing team at LOEWE HQ on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. This role will play a key part in coordinating and driving 360º marketing projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between creative, media and regional teams while supporting the delivery of impactful campaigns and content across the business.

Les missions

Your role will be:

  • Manage 360º marketing projects and ensure the timely delivery of briefs, assets and content materials.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with internal teams and stakeholders, adapting timelines and priorities when needed.
  • Lead weekly project status and content approval meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work closely with the Media team to support the delivery of assets aligned with media plans.
  • Support the planning and coordination of creative workloads across art directors and copywriters.
  • Anticipate external or freelance support needs when required.
  • Partner with regional teams to support local projects and ensure alignment with HQ.
  • Identify potential project risks or bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions.
  • Contribute to improving ways of working, processes and collaboration between teams.

Profil

What is important for the role: 3-4 years of experience in Project Management within content, advertising, creative industries or fashion/luxury environments. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Interest and understanding of fashion, art and culture. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools. Experience with Digital Asset Management tools is a plus. Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
