Les missions
LOCATION: Senayan, Jakarta, Indonesia
Based in the our office, the administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation communication department.
The position will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
He/she will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of administrative activities including planning, welcoming, paperwork, etc.
Working under the direction of the team manager, the administrator will have regular contact with all the stakeholders which require strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Financial administration for the department (cash advance, invoicing)
- Administration for external gifting
- Inventory/ stock management
- Arrangement for external and internal bookings
- Dealing with ad hoc requests
- Ensuring a good communication level with all the different departments.
Profil
Proven administrative or assistant experience, especially in retail industry Strong luxury mindset with elevated taste level Proficient in Microsoft Tools, especially Excel, Word and Power Point Understand picture editing tools Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skillsInformations complémentaires
