Description

Conduct and execute brand event initiatives to enhance brand visibility and strengthen a favorable brand image.
This includes, but is not limited to, client events, in-store events and PR event, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, and brand consistency.

Les missions

  1. Conduct and execute brand event initiatives to deliver elevated and memorable brand experiences in line with brand standards and objectives.
  2. Coordinate all operational and administrative aspects of events in advance with production agencies, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  3. Gather and consolidate requirements from relevant segments and ensure all schedule updates are reflected accurately and promptly.
  4. Organize and coordinate meetings with agencies and third-party vendors, preparing all necessary documents and materials in advance.
  5. Execute external, client, and seasonal events in collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure flawless delivery.
  6. Support the preparation of event planning materials and documentation, including venue, dining, and hospitality arrangements.
  7. Track and monitor competitor brands’ events and hospitality programs, and share relevant market insights with the event team on a regular basis.
  8. Post-event evaluations, reports, and related administrative follow-up.
  9. Plan and execute store activation initiatives, including opening events for pop-up stores and the development of café menus and related customer experience elements.

Profil

5+ years of relevant experience in promotions, events, or related fields preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline preferred, but not required. Fluency in both Korean and English. Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across global teams, local cross-functional teams, and external agencies. Responsible, agile, and quick to learn. Open-minded, honest, diplomatic, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
