Description
Conduct and execute brand event initiatives to enhance brand visibility and strengthen a favorable brand image.
This includes, but is not limited to, client events, in-store events and PR event, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, and brand consistency.
Les missions
- Conduct and execute brand event initiatives to deliver elevated and memorable brand experiences in line with brand standards and objectives.
- Coordinate all operational and administrative aspects of events in advance with production agencies, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Gather and consolidate requirements from relevant segments and ensure all schedule updates are reflected accurately and promptly.
- Organize and coordinate meetings with agencies and third-party vendors, preparing all necessary documents and materials in advance.
- Execute external, client, and seasonal events in collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure flawless delivery.
- Support the preparation of event planning materials and documentation, including venue, dining, and hospitality arrangements.
- Track and monitor competitor brands’ events and hospitality programs, and share relevant market insights with the event team on a regular basis.
- Post-event evaluations, reports, and related administrative follow-up.
- Plan and execute store activation initiatives, including opening events for pop-up stores and the development of café menus and related customer experience elements.
