You will play a crucial role in building lasting client relationships and upholding the Maison's legacy of excellence.
Les missions
As a Louis Vuitton Client Advisor, Client Services, your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement: Consistently deliver client-centric responses to a wide range of inquiries, from product availability and sales to shipping updates and after-sales support.
- Relationship Building: Maintain detailed client profiles and leverage clienteling tools to personalize experiences, tailor recommendations, and build strong relationships based on individual preferences and purchase history.
- Operational Excellence: Achieve individual objectives for quality, schedule adherence, and other key performance indicators, ensuring efficient use of required systems and maintaining high operational standards.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a proud ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, embodying its values and ethos in every interaction.
- Commercial Acumen: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to meet client needs and exceed sales goals, leveraging your client relationships and product knowledge to achieve sales targets.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on all product, company, and department initiatives.
