Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic
marketing team in E-commerce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing
digital marketing campaigns that promote our luxury brand and its products across various digital channels.
This role requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, with a strong focus on Search Engine
Advertising (SEA) and performance marketing to drive online visibility, engagement, and conversions, ultimately contributing
to the growth of our eCommerce business.
Les missions
Key Responsibilities:
eCommerce Growth & Performance Marketing :
- Be in charge of Search marketing (SEA) to grow eCommerce business.
- Set SEA KPIs and manage the budget by meticulously tracking performance on a regular basis.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in SEA campaigns to facilitate conversion and user action.
- Derive actionable insights from marketing and product data by fully utilizing analytics solutions, and take prompt actions for SEM/SEO optimizations.
- Discover efficient keywords for both SEA and SEO, and strategically implement them in text copies to significantly improve online visibilities.
- Support and plan DA for app download media campaign
- Become our in-house subject matter expert on all performance marketing questions, providing guidance and insights to the team.
- Collaborate closely with internal & external stakeholders to create and deliver effective social CRM messages, including but not limited to Kakao Push, E-mails, and app push notifications.
- Work closely with internal teams including Digital merchandiser & content, Media, CRM to ensure integrated campaign execution with brand consistency
- Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the brand's overall marketing objectives and luxury positioning.
Consumer Behavior Analysis & Growth Opportunities:
- Analyze consumer behavior and proactively monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our strategies align with industry best practices and maintain a competitive edge.
- Seek for growth opportunities on different platforms, such as mobile apps, by managing Paid media
- Monitor global & local market trend for AEO/GEO and follow up the relevant activations in line with brand strategy
Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, measure, and report on overall campaign performance, website traffic, and other key metrics.
- Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, including ROAS and KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
