Principal Responsibilities
Business Forecasting & Sales Data Analysis
· Develop data-driven sales forecasts by analyzing historical trends, seasonal fluctuations, pending orders, inventory supply and marketing plans. Dynamically adjust forecast outputs to reduce deviation, identify business risks and growth opportunities, and deliver actionable data insights to sales, operation and supply chain teams.
· Compile regular and ad-hoc sales review and forecast reports, analyze target completion status and key influencing factors including product structure, market competition and inventory status, providing solid data support for company resource allocation and business strategy adjustment.
· Build and train AI tools to automate sales report generation, effectively boosting overall business insight efficiency and optimizing data analysis workflows.
Newness launch and order availability monitoring
· Oversee internal and external teams to complete pre-launch configurations for new products, ensure smooth multi-channel launches in line with different launch strategies, and monitor stock levels to guarantee VIC orders placed prior to or on launch date are fulfilled properly.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and roll out standardized SOPs for premium product lines and exclusive custom VIC orders.
Stock pipeline management
· Manage backorder fulfillment to hit business targets. Master full-category product knowledge, liaise daily with the supply chain team on stock replenishment, and coordinate with operations to allocate store inventory for sales goal attainment.
Issue Analysis & Reporting:
· Investigate and document recurring system issues (e.g., stock issues, abnormal sales)
Quantify impact metrics, including affected customer numbers, financial losses, and compensation amounts.
Profile
Education
· Bachelor's degree or above, majors in E-commerce, business administration, marketing etc. are preferred.
Languages
· Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
Professional experience
· Minimum 2-3 years in retail operations , business analysis or supply chain planner roles within an international luxury/consumer goods company.
Key Skills:
· Strong ability to dissect system logs, identify patterns, and translate technical issues into business impact.
· Comfortable with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), your experience in basic SQL/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a big plus.
· A high degree of personal presence with good networking, influencing and communication skills.
· Good negotiation and strong social skills.
· Highly motivated individual, energetic, enthusiastic and team orientated people management and motivational skills.
