HR Generalist (m/w/d)

At our Louis Vuitton Head Office in Munich, we are looking for an HR Generalist (m/f/d).

Les missions

Your Responsibilities

• Support the holistic advisory and guidance of (store) managers and employees on all HR-related topics, including labor law matters and employee relations
• Assist in handling employee-related cases (e.g. performance issues, conflict situations, disciplinary actions), ensuring a confidential and professional approach to sensitive HR matters
• Support all activities across the full employee life cycle
• Contribute to workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and internal mobility programs to foster and retain talent
• Support performance management processes, career development, and training initiatives in close collaboration with HR and Training teams
• Conduct retention and exit interviews and analyze relevant HR KPIs and reports to derive actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards
• Participate in HR projects and support the implementation of actions derived from employee surveys to enhance engagement and retention
• Assist in drafting employment contracts, HR documents, and reports in close collaboration with the HR team
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment activities (job postings, candidate selection, interviews)

When required: conduct store visits to collaborate closely with retail teams
