In Store Visual Merchandiser

Description

OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Windows & niches
- Distribute props and implement according to zoning proposal
- Products select for all windows & niches
- Coordinate with store team to prepare products
- Quality check after installation
- Photos

• Rotation
- Zoning discussion with Store in-charge / Category in-charge and Senior VM manager
- Coordinate with store team to prepare products and manpower
- Implementation of validated zoning for own store
- Set up rotation plan / schedule for VM changes for the rest of product categories (Accessories, Shoes, RTW, W&J;)
- Photos to Area VM for review

• Maintenance and Refresh
- Daily quality check for windows & niches
- Ensure store VM in good standard for all categories all the time
- Maintenance of the store (products, cleanliness, electricity)
- Communicate with head office in terms of product tension
- Provide substitutes to store when products sold
- Store refresh during product launches, mid-season and preparation before store visit
- Make adjustment on display for business purposes and events

• Props inventory
- Organize the props stock room
- Do and update inventory list for props status and reordering
- Ensure all the props are in good condition

• Others
- Communicate VM guidelines to store staff on regular basis
- Coordinate and support store CRM events setup
- Support VM activities / trunk shows / events setup by invitation

- 2-4 years of experience in exhibition/pop-up/brand event space setup, with the ability to coordinate window display changes and new product display updates according to schedules, including night shifts.

- Skilled in cross-functional team collaboration, with high flexibility in handling tight deadlines and changes
