IT Working Student (m/w/d)

Description

Starting in August 2026, we are looking for a Working Student (m/w/d) in IT for our Louis Vuitton Head Office in Munich.

 

• Work mode: on-site

• Working hours: 20h per week

• Duration: 12 months

 

Les missions

Tasks:

• Working with Monitoring Tools, Asset Management Tools, Multi-Platform Endpoint Management Tools
• Improve existing and writing new documentation
• Setup end user devices Laptops, iPads, iPhones
• First level support (with perspective to evolve on second level)
• Support on IT Projects
• Installation of computers and printers
• Work on Incident, Problem and Service Request Tickets
• Experience with IOS, Windows

 

Profil

Soft skills: Team spirit Motivation and real desire to improve and learn Organized Able to work independently when needed Pragmatic and hands on approach Spoken languages German, English (fluent) Nice to have, but not mandatory user support experience
