Description
This internship offers a holistic exposure to both Merchandising and Client Development functions, supporting business growth across Singapore and Malaysia. The intern will contribute to commercial performance, client engagement initiatives, and key retail moments, including product launches, in-store activations, and client events.
Les missions
Merchandising
- Support daily business operations across product categories, including preparing reports and monitoring sales performance.
- Analyze sales data using tools such as Excel, NEMO, and Power BI to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stores to drive sales targets and optimize stock distribution in partnership with Supply Chain.
- Provide qualitative feedback on new launches and in-store performance.
- Assist in market analysis and preparation of localized product strategies.
- Act as a liaison between local stores and regional teams to ensure alignment on business priorities.
- Support merchandising initiatives such as product trainings, visual merchandising alignment, and store openings.
- Participate in retail activations including styling sessions, trunk shows, and client events.
Client Development
- Support the planning and execution of client events, including vendor sourcing, logistics coordination, and on-site operations.
- Assist in preparing event documentation, reports, and post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with stores and logistics teams to manage deliveries and shipments for events and activations.
- Support gift management processes, including consolidating orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely distribution.
- Assist in managing Virtual Bridge requests, facilitating local and overseas client appointments and experiences.
- Contribute to the execution of client initiatives such as in-store animations, VIC events, and personalized experiences.
- Maintain and update client development trackers, calendars, and reports at country and regional levels.
- Monitor competitor activities and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, responding to store inquiries, and preparing business reviews.
