As a Client Advisor of Louis Vuitton, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and your role will be to ensure that every of the clients will be welcomed and accompanied in accordance with this promise.

Les missions

Louis Vuitton is seeking highly motivated Seasonal Client Advisors in Gstaad with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our local clientele during the high season. This is an opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, see themselves as more than a Sales Associate; as a true personal advisor. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieve individual and team objectives while being accountable for sales results
  • Welcome every client and provide the best client experience
  • Support clients in purchasing all LV products
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, leveraging different clienteling tools to promote brand loyalty
  • Contribute effectively to teamwork and participate in all activities that contribute to the overall goals of the boutique
  • Learn to master the Brand and develop in-depth product knowledge
  • Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviour
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Profil

What we are looking for: Strong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset Passion for the Maison and its different universes Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Flexibility and problem-solving abilities Availability to work on weekends and during the entire high season. Proficiency in English and French (B2 minimum); other languages are an asset.
