Profil

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Client Advisor to bridge the gap between our Client Advisors and Management team. This elevated role suits someone with a strong leadership mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will play a key part in shaping the client journey, driving commercial performance and mentoring the team. Beyond sales, you’ll build lasting client relationships, contribute to store strategy and bring operational excellence to every interaction. Leadership DNA: Proven experience mentoring and coaching team members, demonstrating leadership qualities. Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business KPIs, with the ability to drive sales and profitability. Clienteling Obsession: A passion for building relationships with VIP clients, hosting exclusive appointments, and representing the brand at the highest level. Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of retail operations and procedures. Exceptional Communication: Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage escalations professionally.
