Job responsibilities
Team Management and Development
- Lead and coach your team to consistently deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, empowering them to embody the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes through mentorship and example.
- Provide tailored support and coaching to each team member, identifying individual development and training needs in partnership with the Field Coach Trainer.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent from diverse backgrounds, ensuring equitable opportunities for growth and advancement. Collaborate with the Store Manager to secure succession plans that reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Set clear individual and team goals that promote both individual achievement and collaborative success. Proactively assess and manage performance, providing constructive feedback and celebrating accomplishments.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that embraces individual differences, fosters open communication, and encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Client and Business Development
- Support the team in building long term Client relationship, leveraging the different clienteling tools.
- Establish a Client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of Client experience and proactively handle Client-related situations.
- Communicate and inspire the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information (animate morning briefings, training).
- Proactively provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local knowledge about the market and Client needs, leveraging expertise and knowledge within the team.
- Put in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling, training and team animation.
Selling and Floor Management
- Act as a role model, exemplifying sales leadership, inclusivity, and a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences. Support team members in their individual sales efforts, encouraging cross-selling and client repurchase.
- Build and develop your own diverse client portfolio, demonstrating inclusivity and cultural sensitivity in all client interactions.
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient and inclusive sales floor management practices. Maintain a visible presence on the floor, providing support and guidance to ensure the Louis Vuitton Promise standards are consistently achieved.
Champion a Product Category
- Serve as the store's point of contact for the Corporate Merchandising team, providing valuable feedback on product performance, quality, client-related information, local market trends, competitor analysis, and potential opportunities. Leverage the expertise of Expert Advisors to provide well-rounded insights.
- Support the business growth of your assigned product category, conveying enthusiasm and passion through team animations, morning briefings, information sharing, and mentorship. Identify opportunities to improve operations and implement action plans to drive sales.
Operations
- Ensure consistent communication and implementation of company policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines, fostering a professional and inclusive environment.
- Support the Operations team in effective inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on staff planning and workforce management, ensuring adequate coverage and equitable scheduling practices.
