Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager

Les missions

Window Installation & Production

• Lead and execute window installation projects across Taiwan network
• Coordinate closely with Paris HQ on Concept standers, technical requirements, and project execution
• Communicate and manage local vendors for production, fabrication, and installation
• Monitor production quality, installation timeline, and all on-site details
• Ensure VM execution aligns with brand image and global standards
• Review and evaluate quotations, production costs, and project feasibility
• Possess strong understanding of technical construction details and installation methods

Popup & Special Projects

• Support and manage popup projects from planning to execution
• Work closely with Paris HQ, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders on structural and technical development
• Review technical drawings, construction details, and material specifications
• Ensure all popup structures meet safety, technical, and brand requirements
• Monitor project timeline, production progress, and on-site execution

Lightbox Installation & VM Projects

• Coordinate with Paris HQ regarding lightbox concepts and implementation requirements
• Prepare local proposals and execution plans based on HQ direction
• Manage installation schedules and vendor coordination for lightbox projects
• Ensure technical accuracy and high-quality execution during installation process

 

 

Profil

Experience & Technical Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, popup production, or related project management Strong knowledge of production, construction, and installation processes Experience managing projects and technical executions Ability to read and understand technical drawings and construction plans Familiar with fabrication materials, structural details, and production techniques Strong cost evaluation and quotation assessment capability Communication & Language Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken Able to communicate effectively with Paris HQ, vendors, and cross-functional teams Understanding of technical and construction terminology in English is essential Mindset & Personal Attributes Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong problem-solving and coordination skills Proactive, flexible, and solution-driven Creative mindset with the ability to propose innovative ideas and alternative solutions Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
