Description

As a Visual Merchandising Manager in Las Vegas, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories. You will support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client experience in the store.

Les missions

Essential duties and responsibilities of a Visual Merchandising Manager include:

  • Plan, prepare and implement regular zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management
  • Share qualitative and photographic feedback, after each rotation with the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager
  • Act as a proactive force in developing the business, leveraging visual merchandising as a way to drive sales
  • Interact with the Team Manager or Team Lead leading the category as well as the Expert Advisors to make sure key products are selected and well displayed
  • Train and facilitate orientation of new Visual leaders

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $85,000 - $95,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
