As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. Your passion for our collections and commitment to excellence will enable you to build meaningful connections with clients, embodying the sophistication and timelessness of the Maison. 

Les missions

  • Contribute to the store’s business success by achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset, and deep product knowledge.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs. Utilize cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities 
  • Foster a positive team spirit by collaborating closely with your colleagues, supporting each other in achieving both individual and collective goals.
  • Contribute to a harmonious work environment where every team member feels valued and motivated to deliver their best.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by welcoming, advising, and providing unparalleled service to each client, ensuring their journey is memorable.
  • Serve as the brand ambassador, embodying the Maison’s values and excellence in every client interaction.

Profil

You bring at least 1 year of professional experience in sales/Customer service, within the fashion or luxury industry.  Passion for luxury fashion. A passion for challenges and a collective drive to achieve set objectives. Initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are crucial for success.  Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment.  Proficiency in English.
