Product & environmental quality manager (F/H)

Description

Within the Environment Team, you report to the Innovation and Biodiversity Director.

 

Main missions :

Leather Supply :

- Implementation and follow up of the tanneries LWG certification

- Responsible leather supply chain practices and audits

- Annual reporting and consolidation

- Group representation

- Suppliers support

Chemicals compliance and pollution :

- ZDHC targets setting and implementation (including ZDHC MRSL)

- LVMH Product Restricted Substances List update and implementation (fashion and Leather goods + Watches and Jewelry activities)

- Testing program implementation (lab selection…)

- Hazardous substances monitoring and consolidation (all LVMH activities)

- Water and soil pollution monitoring

- Group representation (Comité Colbert, ZDHC, GFA…)

- Regulation monitoring

- Collaboration with Maisons compliance team

- Suppliers support

- Innovation and green chemistry

Water policy :

- Group water target monitoring and updating

- Annual reporting and consolidation

- Best practices sharing and project management

Profil

Fluent in English and French (knowledge of Italian would be appreciated) Strong command of environmental regulatory frameworks Excellent cross-functional management skills Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication Rigor Methodology
