Overview
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer of Fashion Group, the Vice President Human Resources is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy for LVMH Fashion Group Americas. Serving as a trusted advisor to Maison Presidents and executive leadership, this role balances strategic direction with hands on execution across a population of 1,000+ employees.
Operating within a sophisticated global matrix, the VP partners closely with Maison Human Resources Directors, providing functional leadership and strategic guidance to ensure alignment with Group priorities while respecting the distinct culture and creative identity of each Maison. The VP translates Group and regional initiatives into refined, locally resonant solutions for the Americas, exercising sound judgment, cultural sensitivity, and disciplined execution in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic People Leadership: Lead a people strategy that reinforces engagement, performance, and long-term talent sustainability across the Fashion Group.
• Organizational Development: Lead organizational planning to ensure structures and capabilities evolve in alignment with business ambition and brand growth.
• Executive Advisory: Advise Maison and corporate leadership on people, culture, and organizational implications, utilizing data and insights to inform executive decision-making.
• Talent Acquisition & Market Intelligence Act as a strategic talent partner to the Maisons by maintaining strong external market visibility, proactively identifying high-potential talent across key functions and leadership levels and supporting strategic hiring decisions on key roles.
• Talent Development & Learning: Design and deploy a cohesive development framework across Maisons, with particular emphasis on leadership and succession planning.
• Compensation & Benefits Excellence: Ensure compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with both market expectations and Group philosophy. This includes oversight of salary structures, incentive programs, and employee welfare benefits.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Anticipate, elevate, and address critical people and organizational matters with discretion and rigor, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal policies. Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• HR Technology & Innovation: Drive the adoption and optimization of HR technologies to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience. Drive AI initiatives across all HR dimensions.

Profil
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years in a Human Resources leadership role • Deep expertise across HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development, compensation & benefits, HR technology, and organizational development. • Proven experience aligning human capital strategy with complex business objectives in matrixed organizations, preferably within a global luxury retail or fashion environment. • Strong track record leveraging technology and data to enhance HR effectiveness and drive strategic outcomes. • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing HR teams. • Prior experience within global luxury, fashion, retail, consumer, or similarly high-touch brand environments strongly preferred The compensation for this position ranges from $250,000 - $280,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
