[LVMH Beauty] Distribution Planner

Main purpose of the job:

This role is dedicated to maximizing sales opportunities and supply chain efficiency by ensuring optimal stock allocation across all channels (B&M;, E-commerce) through data-driven distribution planning. Also, responsible for maintaining high master data integrity and proactive stock monitoring and systematic housekeeping.

Les missions

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Distribution planning management

• Manage weekly distribution flow to POS utilizing ANAPLAN to ensure precise distribution
• Conduct periodic review and adjustment of parameters to secure optimal stock level at counters
• Place weekly manual replenishment request from counters via Agora
• Facilitate and communicate the strategic allocation of stocks by channel (B&M;, E BIZ)
• Alert sales team and counters regarding any risks on warehouse stocks level to take corrective action
• Participating in S&OP; meetings to cover distribution scope
• Share distribution reporting for all brands and analyze the performance variances against targets

 

Master data management

• Perform monthly master data review and alert brand teams to maintain high data accuracy
• Oversee creation and revision of local items including service code and BOM
• Execute sanity checks on master data to ensure system reliability and consistency
• Update STD and SRP

 

Inventory housekeeping

• Follow up overall monthly scrap process includes damaged, quality-issued products
• Monitor and follow up of specialized inventory location (Aging, Quality, BAZ etc.) to sustain overall inventory healthiness

 

Profil

Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree, a major in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is preferred   Experience Proven expertise in Supply Chain management with high sensitivity to managing complexity +3 years of experience. Preferably in multinational or foreign firm(s) Strong interest in cosmetics/beauty industry   Required skills Exceptional analytical and numerical accuracy with advanced computer proficiency Strong coordination and communication skills Proactive attitude with a focus on speed, precision and organizational clarity   Language Fluency in both English and Korean (written and spoken)
