Sales Operation Intern

Description

Support the retail sales operation team in updating data, scheduling and collecting store project information, and other administration works.

Operation regular report

· To collect and coordinate the store project brief material from retail field team

· Monthly store expense data processing

· To support some special projects - information collection and PPT preparation

· Operation checklist data collection

Stock Management

· Generate monthly presale overdue report

· Help on return data collection and report generation

· Focus on non-salable items through monthly tester replenishment process tracking report and collect the action plan from counters

· Maintain the summary report and ensure all information is up to date.

· Use internal storage guideline to structure and standardize store stock management processes

Communication with field team

· Work with regional sales assistant for feedback collection

· Monthly LINK sample and gift plan consolidation

· Monthly disposable item order consolidation
