Associate Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field ; Master’s degree a plus. 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Hands-on, organized, rigorous, detail-oriented and data-driven. Able to work autonomously, take initiative, manage multiple priorities effectively, and consistently deliver results under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations. Interest or experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
