Who You Are:
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead our enterprise-wide Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) program with a strong focus on SailPoint. This role provides strategic direction, hands-on leadership, and technical oversight for identity lifecycle management, access governance, compliance-driven controls, and integration of key business applications into our IGA platform.
As the IAM Manager, you will own the roadmap for SailPoint, guide a team of IAM engineers/analysts, and partner with security, HR, compliance, and application teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient identity services across the global organization.
What You’ll Do:
Lead SailPoint IGA Strategy & Execution
- Own the end‑to‑end SailPoint roadmap including platform configuration, enhancements, and module adoption.
- Drive delivery of IGA capabilities such as access requests, automated provisioning, certifications, and policy enforcement.
- Ensure consistent, automated Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes across the enterprise.
Identity Lifecycle & Access Governance
- Implement and optimize identity lifecycle automation integrating HRIS, directories, and target systems.
- Establish and maintain access review cycles, role models, and segregation-of-duties (SoD) controls.
- Govern access policies: least privilege, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity data quality.
Application Onboarding & Integrations
- Oversee onboarding of new applications into SailPoint via connectors and APIs.
- Establish and maintain access review cycles, role models, and segregation-of-duties (SoD) controls.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to define entitlements, access processes, and integration requirements.
- Monitor connector health and provisioning performance; drive continuous improvements.
Operational Ownership
- Manage day-to-day IAM operations including incident management, change control, SLAs, and automation opportunities.
- Develop and track KPIs: provisioning cycle time, certification completion, orphaned accounts, and policy violations.
- Maintain strong audit/compliance readiness and remediation processes (e.g., SOX, SOC, PCI).
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of IAM engineers and/or third-party support partners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to IT, Security, HR, and Compliance leadership.
- Communicate program metrics, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders.
You’ll Need to Have:
- 5-8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Hands on experience delivering SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions (workflows, provisioning, certifications, policies, roles)
- Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD, lifecycle automation, and identity governance frameworks
- Experience integrating SailPoint with systems such as:
- Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID
- HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle)
- Cloud apps and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
- Proven success working with compliance/audit requirements (SOX, ISO, SOC, PCI- DSS, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
We’d Love to See:
- SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow)
- Experience with Beanshell, PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, or similar scripting for IGA automation
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
- Experience with cloud identity and security (Azure AD/Entra, Okta, AWS IAM, GCP IAM)
