We're thrilled to announce the opening for Account Manager (Off-Trade), reporting to the Senior Sales Manager. As the Account Manager for the Off-Trade Key Accounts channel, your role is to achieve the business objectives and agreed sales budget across a portfolio of national and local accounts, spanning supermarkets, hypermarkets, minimarkets, and convenience stores.

While understanding and embracing the strategic imperatives of the company in your day-to-day business, you will pitch tailored proposals to each retailer and partner with category buyers and store management to implement channel strategies, ensuring the fulfillment of specific distribution, sales, and promotional plans for various brands within your assigned universe.

Les missions

How you will contribute…

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer concerns and needs.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, track contract updates and renewals, and update customers on their contract achievement status.
  • Conduct half-yearly business reviews with retailers to ensure both parties are aligned on goals.
  • Ensure optimal distribution of our iconic brands in assigned outlets.
  • Maximize brand presence of key products through effective merchandising efforts at the trade level.
  • Proactively identify potential outlets, negotiate, and implement promotional actions in line with agreed standards.
  • Stay attuned to industry trends and competitors to furnish valuable insights to sales management.
  • Fulfill sales-related targets set by sales management.
  • Provide timely and accurate information for updating Aspire.
  • Fully engage with Salesforce and QLIK to track and report Aspire Adoption KPIs (customer segmentation, callage, surveys, meeting notes, activations, etc.).

Profil

We are looking for unique and amazing talent. Join us if you have… Experience in sales, account management, or other related areas. Experience in off-trade sales, with a focus on supermarkets, hypermarkets, or convenience stores. Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously. Good understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. Effective, agile, and eager to develop the business and engage with customers. Inspiring, customer-focused, entrepreneurial, and innovative. Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability. Thorough wine/spirit product knowledge is highly desirable. Fluent in Mandarin or any Chinese dialect.
