We're thrilled to announce the opening for Brand Director (Johnnie Walker and Don Julio), reporting to the Marketing Director. In this role, you will develop marketing strategies and plans to maximize our brand’s equity in the market. You will be responsible for fostering great agency relationships, as well as leading the team in Malaysia in the brilliant execution of brand campaigns and on-ground activations. In addition to managing the A&P; budget and monitoring market and consumer trends, you will work in close collaboration with management and sales teams to achieve set business objectives. The role also requires working with regional and global brand teams to bring brand plans to life in the local market.

How you will contribute…
For Johnnie Walker and Don Julio brands in Malaysia:
- Develop marketing strategies and annual brand plans to strengthen brand image and awareness, as well as market competitiveness, in line with corporate and brand guidelines.
- Lead and manage the implementation of creative and effective ATL & BTL marketing programs to build volume, revenue, market share, and profitability within the A&P; budget, in step with volume targets and aligned with corporate and brand guidelines.
- Develop pricing strategies with the Commercial Director, ensuring value is maximized and NSV guidelines are met.
- Manage and evaluate Media, PR, and BTL agencies to achieve optimum performance in all executions.
- Monitor various aspects of brand performance through market visits, research, and trade feedback.
- Work closely with sales management to successfully implement trade marketing plans.
- Reinforce and build an effective team by developing talent, continuously upgrading skills, and working closely and effectively with the sales team.
In addition, the Brand Director will also be responsible for identifying new categories or innovations to be launched in Malaysia. He/She will work closely with the Marketing Director to develop a 5-year innovation pipeline along with end-to-end business cases and manage the innovation gate process with the regional teams.
Profil
We are looking for unique and amazing talent. Join us if you have… At least 10 years of relevant marketing and brand management experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environments. Industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods will be highly desirable. Strong leadership skills and consistent business achievement, with the capability to lead sizable teams, build team capabilities, and transform commercial organizations. Strong commercial sense with marketing and digital mindsets, demonstrating a good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the latest marketing technologies. Excellent creative and strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills. Inspiring, customer-focused, entrepreneurial, and innovative. Strong written and spoken English. Proficiency in other languages, such as Cantonese, Mandarin, or spoken Malay, is a plus.Informations complémentaires
