Description

This role will Lead the commercial and brand development strategy in a very fast-growing UAE channel: the Integrated Resorts and Casinos.

This position will require working daily with multiple internal and external stakeholders including our distributor partner, Maisons, and the Resorts & Casinos team.

Les missions

  • Establish and manage relationships with senior on-trade decision makers: F&B; leadership, Head sommeliers and mixologists, procurement teams, and VIP program managers.
  • Co-lead with our distributor partner MMI the joint business planning process: including negotiations, A&P; allocation, and investment optimization.
  • Secure multi-year pouring agreements: visibility programs, and on-menu integration for MH portfolio. Maximize portfolio availability and rate of sales at every touchpoint.
  • Develop and manage an annual commercial and activation calendar for integrated resorts & casino partners, ensuring alignment across portfolio, channels, and S&OP; commitments.
  • Prepare the Briefs for Maisons for bespoke programs, activations and visibility and be the main Maison contact for project follow-ups and implementation.
  • Build and execute customer propositions: tailored for integrated resorts & casino environments across gaming floors, VIP lounges, suites, entertainment venues, and signature bars.
  • Ensure best-in-class execution: providing direction on coverage, service model, forecasting, and stock availability.
  • Partner with training teams to deliver first class service and innovative consumer experiences.
  • Provide clear KPIs and performance tracking across distribution, visibility, volume, NSI, and share objectives.
  • Operate with a strong compliance mindset, working within regulatory requirements associated with casino and integrated resort operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Maisons to secure A&P; budgets and bespoke creative concepts.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, providing the required staff trainings and adapted incentive programs
  • Be an active contributor of the MH casino community: Scan the market for trends and competitive insights

Profil

8–10 years of experience in commercial, luxury hospitality, integrated resorts, or casino operations. Exceptional relationship-building skills with high-end customers and VIP-focused environments. A successful experience with a reputed Integrated Resort brands is a plus (Wynn, MGM, Venetian, Marina Bay Sands…). Strong commercial acumen with proven success in premium on-trade, hotel chains, nightlife groups, or luxury F&B; environments. Creative mindset to drive Maison teams into creating bespoke programs fillings the specific needs of demanding resorts and casinos operators. Excellent negotiation, influencing, and persuasive selling skills with senior-level stakeholders. Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance frameworks. Strong analytical capability, financial understanding, and forecasting discipline. Experience with pre-opening hospitality operations is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain pace in a fast-evolving channel. Strong project management skills
