We're thrilled to announce the opening for Head of Technology, reporting to APAC IT Director. As the Head of Technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the technological vision and strategy for the APAC region. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing team, driving innovation, overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring the robust and scalable operation of all technology platforms.

Your leadership will be crucial in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, fostering a culture of technical excellence, and maintaining our competitive edge in the dynamic APAC market. You will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic technological roadmap, ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of all technology platforms within the APAC region. Additionally, you will be tasked with fostering a culture of continuous improvement, identifying emerging technologies, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with overarching business goals and market demands.

Les missions

How you will contribute…

1) Head of Technology (Stakeholder Relationships)

• Work closely with Global CTO Office and manage APAC Infrastructure team
• Form and host a Regional Technology Committee facilitating collaboration globally/regionally. Developing centralized monitoring of all network and infrastructure systems, providing guidance on best practice and mapping secure capabilities to strategic priorities.
• Participate and contribute to the Group CTO community lead by the Global CTO to help ensure consistency across region and globally. Update the region with Central CTO Steerco insights & decisions.
• Develop regional reporting to qualify infrastructure spending within the budgets of each market.
• Implement corrective actions and prevention plans with markets.
• Participate and Contribute to the Regional LVMH CTO Community

2. Technology Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and drive the APAC technology roadmap in alignment with business priorities and global strategy.
• Identify emerging technologies and assess their applicability to support innovation and competitive advantage.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical regional execution plans with clear milestones and outcomes.
• Ensure technology priorities are aligned with market needs, growth plans, and operating realities.

3. Platforms, Infrastructure & Service

• Oversee the performance, scalability, and reliability of regional technology platforms and infrastructure.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed standards, business expectations, and operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of platforms, tools, and support models to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Promote standardization where appropriate while respecting local business requirements.

4. Governance & Operational Excellence

• Establish and maintain governance practices that support disciplined execution and sustainable operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal technology policies, standards, and data governance requirements.
• Monitor key operational metrics, service levels, and delivery performance to support informed decision-making.
• Support regional budgeting, planning, and prioritization of technology investments.

5. Vendor & Partner Management

• Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure value, quality, and consistent service delivery.
• Manage vendor performance, contract adherence, and service improvement initiatives.
• Partner with suppliers to support innovation, resilience, and continuous enhancement of technology capabilities.

6. Organization Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional technology team.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Identify best practices across the region and organize their transfer to other APAC markets where appropriate.
• Ensure resource optimization across the regional technology structure, looking for synergies wherever possible

7. Continuity

• Drive the global and local regional DRPs
• Be an integral part of the Cyber Crisis cell for the region

8. Communication

• Upward reporting of infrastructure KPIs to Central team through timely and high-quality reporting
• Participation in the global technology community

Profil

We are looking for unique and amazing talent. Join us if you have… Education/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Information Management / Systems / Technology / Computer Science). Industry qualifications such as ITIL, PMP/PRINCE, MCSE, etc. Languages: Fluent in English with proficiency in other language(s) will be an advantage, particularly Chinese or the primary language of the Asia Pacific markets Technical & management skills: 10+ years of experience in technology, infrastructure, or related leadership roles. Strong experience in managing technology projects and initiatives across multiple geographies. Expertise in enterprise platforms, infrastructure, cloud services, digital technologies, and service delivery models. 3+ years of team leadership experience, with a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams. Strong understanding of technology platforms, market solutions, operating models, and related trends. Experience translating business needs into practical and scalable technology solutions. Personal & Interpersonal skills: Independent, able to work under pressure, attention to details Able to communicate clearly and effectively, at all levels in a mutli-language, multi-national environment. Ability to transfer complicated ideas into comprehensible and digestible concepts for non-technical audiences.
