How you will contribute…
Overview of the position
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering a positive and engaging work environment, driving impactful communication strategies, and championing our commitment to social responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Communications:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to improve transparency, alignment, and culture across the organization.
- Craft clear and consistent messages that reflect the company's purpose and values, delivered through various channels such as the intranet, town halls, videos, etc
- Ensure consistency and alignment of internal communication activities between global and local
- Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute engagement activities to foster connection and belonging among employees.
- Develop and manage employee recognition programs.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and/or focus groups to assess employee sentiment and analyze/identify areas for improvement
- Take ownership of General Administration to improve Employee Experience in the organization.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- Lead the development and implementation of CSR initiatives including DE&I; that align with the company's values and commitment to community impact.
- Work with global and/or regional teams, LVMH group to localize and execute CSR programs.
- Drive internal campaigns to boost awareness and participation in CSR initiatives.
- Track and report CSR metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support employee engagement, internal communications, and CSR efforts.
- Strategy & Execution: Create and execute communication strategies that drive a more united, collaborative, and engaged workforce.
- Content Creation & Management: Manage content across multiple enterprise channels, ensuring it is engaging and aligned with communication goals. This includes writing, producing, and distributing employee communications materials.
- Event Management: Plan, manage, and execute internal events, including partnering with vendors, developing messaging, and overseeing logistics.
- Crisis Communication: Manage internal communication during periods of change or crises, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Team Leadership/Coaching: Providing leadership, coaching, and development to the team member.
