The Partnership Manager is responsible for expanding the business beyond traditional on‑trade and off‑trade channels by developing strategic, high‑value partnerships across key industries. The role is expected to drive incremental revenue, strengthen brand presence, and build long‑term corporate collaborations, with direct exposure to the Managing Director.

How you will contribute…
Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, develop, and secure new partnerships across priority industries including banks and financial institutions, real estate and property developers, luxury brands, HNWI networks, automotive, insurance, and other emerging sectors.
- Build long‑term, mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance both commercial performance and brand equity.
Commercial Growth & Revenue Impact
- Deliver partnership‑led growth with a clear commercial ambition.
- Translate partnerships into measurable outcomes including sales revenue, brand visibility, and account expansion.
Team Leadership & Structure
4px;">- Lead and develop the partnership function, including coaching and supporting the Corporate Partnership Lead.
- Structure partnerships by industry streams, with clear ownership and accountability.
Planning, KPIs & Governance
- Define KPIs, targets, and success metrics for each partnership stream.
- Establish hit lists by industry, covering target accounts, growth ambition, execution plans, and tracking.
- Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure compliance, cost discipline, and execution excellence.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a senior interface with external partners and internal leadership.
- Manage partnership approvals, negotiations, and ongoing relationship governance.
