We're thrilled to announce the opening for a Solution & Delivery Manager, reporting to the Japan IT Director. As the Solution & Delivery Manager, your role is to act as a trusted IT partner to business stakeholders by leading cross-functional initiatives, bridging local business needs with regional/global IT governance, and ensuring high-quality delivery of IT projects that improve operational stability and business outcomes.

While embracing technology leadership and striving to identify modern digital solutions and initiatives, you will work closely with Japan Business teams to contribute to a growing business with a strong desire to deliver appropriate technologies, ensuring the continued growth and development of digital technology within the IS and Digital team to provide a competitive digital landscape.

Les missions

How you will contribute…

1) Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for assigned business domains, building strong, trust based relationships with local users, HQ teams, regional IT, and external vendors.
• Translate business requirements into clear, structured IT deliverables and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision making.

2) Project & Delivery Leadership

• Lead end to end delivery of IT initiatives, including requirements definition, planning, UAT coordination, deployment, and post implementation stabilization.
• Take ownership of complex or long standing initiatives and drive them to successful completion, even when scope or ownership is unclear.
• Ensure delivery excellence through structured execution, risk management, and quality control.

3) Regional & Governance Alignment

• Act as a liaison between local business teams and regional/global IT organizations to ensure compliance with governance while addressing local needs.
• Identify gaps between standard solutions and local requirements and proactively propose practical resolutions.

4) Operational Stability & Continuous Improvement

• Address legacy issues impacting operations and take initiative to improve system stability and support effectiveness.
• Capture lessons learned from projects and apply them to improve future delivery approaches.

5) Core Enterprise Systems

• Own and support MH financial and supply chain systems in SAP ECC, including finance systems covering accounting, reporting, and related financial processes, as well as supply chain systems supporting logistics, inventory, and distribution operations.

6) Reporting & Data Platforms

• Support and enhance data platforms including Google Cloud Platform and the Microsoft Power Suite as the target reporting and analytics platform.

7) Digital & Business Applications

• Manage and deliver solutions across digital and commercial systems, including eCommerce platforms such as Yahoo and Amazon, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, B2B channels including VAN for EDI, and digital marketing platforms in collaboration with the marketing team.

8) Sales & Order Management Systems

• Lead initiatives to digitize the sales-to-order process in Japan, including systems and integrations spanning SAP, VAN for EDI, RPA, and AI-enabled solutions.

9) Automation Technologies

• Drive the adoption and delivery of process automation solutions using RPA and AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across business operations.

10) Cloud & Infrastructure Platforms

• Contribute to the evolution and support of cloud and infrastructure platforms that underpin business applications, integration, security, and operational resilience across the Japan landscape.

Profil

We are looking for unique and amazing talent. Join us if you have… Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Systems/Technology or related fields. Computing Degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Technology, or Computer Science. Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, MCSE, etc.). Solid project management experience Familiarity with technical platforms, market solutions, and related industry trends. Understanding of the wine and spirits distribution business model, benificial Ability to work independently under pressure with a strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills at all levels in a multilingual, multinational environment. Capability to simplify complex ideas into comprehensible concepts for non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business solutions. Proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken).
