Overview Position Moncler USA Inc. is seeking a Wholesale Sales Coordinator to support the Wholesale team across all aspects of the business. The ideal candidate is eager to build a career in the luxury fashion and wholesale industry and has previous professional experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in fashion, luxury retail, or wholesale is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is highly desirable. Your Impact Assist with the preparation and distribution of weekly wholesale sales reports. Support the Wholesale team during market appointments and seasonal selling activities. Partner with cross-functional teams to address wholesale client requests and operational needs. Prepare presentations and reports to support sales meetings, business reviews, and budget discussions. Analyze wholesale sales and market data to identify trends and support business insights. Maintain showroom presentation standards and assist with sample management. Coordinate internal communications related to Wholesale initiatives. Assist with the planning and coordination of meetings, market activities, and special projects. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field In lieu of a degree, equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Work Experience One (1) or more years of professional experience supporting sales, wholesale, merchandising, or business operations. Experience within apparel, footwear, luxury retail, wholesale, or a related industry is preferred. Luxury fashion experience is a plus. Core Skills & Attributes Experience providing administrative or sales support in a fast-paced business environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Effective project management and organizational skills. Ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business priorities. Demonstrates a positive, collaborative, and enthusiastic attitude. Hands-on team player with a willingness to support other areas of the business as needed. Additional Information For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Moncler includes a reasonable estimate of the salary rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $30.00 to $38.00 per hour. In addition to a competitive base salary, the appointed candidate will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
