MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION
• Lead, develop, manage, and drive Loewe Korea Market business in both local markets and Travel Retail sectors. The position holder will be fully responsible for continuous growth, expansion, and desirability of the brand in Korea Market and will directly report to Asia Managing Director.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
• Owns LOEWE Korea Market commercial strategy (3YP) that can deliver profitable growth
• P&L; owner that can effectively manage annual budget to optimize profitability.
• Develop and aligned annual sales (NS) plan with distributor and DFO that meets LOEWE financial objective in Korea Market
• Ensure the development and implementation of effective business plans and setting relevant sales targets for distributors and DFOs
• Effectively manage pricing to uphold and protect Brand’s pricing integrity
• Seek new business opportunities and distribution channels in both local market and travel retail e.g. identify and negotiate the best possible point of sales opportunities.
• Owner of monthly sales report and forecast
• Cultivate a strong partnership with LOEWE fashion to ensure we acievehed postivie growth which fashion stores.
• Improve productivity of existing counters by increasing volume and enhance brand image and positioning in key POS in the region
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers (duty free operators and distributors/Agent/Wholesalers/department stores/ chain stores)
• Monitor and assess strategic and tactical implications of competitors’ activities, recommend, and implement actions accordingly.
• Follow up sales agreement, payment conditions, trade terms and conditions and implement corrective actions if needed
• Lead and own the process of new store openings to ensure all brand standards are being met
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure strongest and most professional relationships.
• Maintain ongoing communications with the Asia Managing Director
PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
• Education: Master’s degree in commercial or marketing management
• Experience: at least 6 years in sales position, ideally in cosmetic and / or luxury environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent English and Chinese (mandarin is a plus)
• Business and sales oriented
• Strong Motivation with entrepreneur mindset
• Strategic vision
• Expert knowledge of market and competitors
