What We Offer:- Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team- Insight into product development and pattern making- Professional development in Haute couture Vip projects - Shadow the Head of Collection development for show and production samples- Collaborate with partners during prototypes and samples development of the collection andproduction- Work closely with the different teams in the office (trims, R&D, PD, fabrics)- Participate in meetings and presentations- Work on Haute Couture VIP projects and MTM -2/3 Years in fashion company as pattern maker- Knowledge of pattern making garment cutting and construction basics- Experience in creating garments- Passion for fashion, research and field experimentation- Interest in Haute Couture and bespoke tailoring- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision- Good communication and teamwork skills- Flexibility and ability to adapt to new situations- Ability to work with creativity and attention to detail- Interest in trends and innovation in fashion- Ability to work in team and collaborative mindset- Fluency in English and Italian
