Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $85000 - $161444 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

The Senior Product Management Manager, RRL is responsible for leading the product strategy, development, and execution across key product categories within the RRL brand. Reporting to the VP of Product Management, this role ensures that all product initiatives align with the brand’s heritage, quality standards, and commercial objectives.

The Senior Product Management Manager, RRL is responsible for leading the product strategy, development, and execution across key product categories within the RRL brand. Reporting to the VP of Product Management, this role ensures that all product initiatives align with the brand’s heritage, quality standards, and commercial objectives.
The Senior Manager partners cross-functionally to drive category growth, manage seasonal assortments, and deliver compelling, profitable collections that meet both creative and business goals.
Create and maintain seasonal product data (e.g., Airtable/PLM) throughout the product lifecycle; partner closely with Design and Fabric teams to track updates and communicate changes to cross-functional teams. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against strategic and product objectives. Execute sustainability frameworks (e.g., sustainable materials initiatives), tracking progress and measuring impact. Manage seasonal calendars and deadlines; drive optimized lead times from development through delivery to stores. Conduct risk assessment by identifying high-risk products early and partnering with teams to develop solutions. Partner with Raw Materials teams to develop, plan, and execute material needs. Collaborate closely with Design teams throughout the product development process. .Maintain development and production costing; ensure all cost data is accurate, up to date, and clearly communicated. Lead efforts to ensure data integrity and accuracy across Tech Packs and systems, including PLMPartner with Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to track production status, shipment schedules, and delivery milestones. Drive strong cross-functional collaboration with Design, Merchandising, Production, and Finance to improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget Experience in product development or a related field, with full product lifecycle ownership from concept through production. Strong technical product knowledge and understanding of product components (e.g., materials, trims, construction)Knowledge of trade regulations, inventory management, financial analysis, logistics, procurement, distribution, and production timelines. Proven ability to optimize production outcomes through understanding of manufacturing processes, including factory capabilities, capacity, and risk management. Experience in a manufacturing, sourcing, or production environment preferred.Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in product data and processes.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional and executive stakeholders.Proficiency in systems and tools such as Excel, Outlook, and PLM.Embodies the company’s cultural values and ways of working.#LI-CE1 Ralph Lauren will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of the law, including any applicable fair chance laws.
