Role Overview

As a Senior Client Advisor, you act as an ambassador of the Maison’s values and standards, setting the benchmark for excellence in client engagement. You shape and sustain high - impact client relationships by combining mastery of the Maison’s universe with a sophisticated client guidance. You anticipate client expectations, deliver consistently exceptional experiences, and contribute to long -term loyalty and Maison advocacy.

Responsibilities

Develop Client Relationship

• Deliver an exceptional, bespoke in-store experience and memorable client journey across every touchpoint

• Establish and grow long -term client relationships, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations

• Serve as a trusted advisor by maintaining refined product knowledge, high service standards, and an inviting boutique atmosphere

• As a team player, drive excellence in client journey by applying effective clienteling approaches and supporting the team on achieving boutique qualitative and quantitative goals

• Partner with Boutique and local leadership to plan and support in -store and external client activations, and networking initiatives

• Ensure accurate and strategic client data capture to foster engagement, follow -up, and long term retention

• Proactively explore client development opportunities recruit new high potential prospects and retain clients

Drive Business Performance

• Consistently achieve —and ideally exceed —personal sales goals while upholding Maison values

• Master and role -model every key moment of the sales ceremony, coaching junior team members as needed

• Ask insightful questions to uncover client needs, provide tailored recommendations, and secure long -term loyalty

• Confidently manage negotiations and handle objections with poise and integrity

• Support after-sales clients, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience

• Operate with expert awareness of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to advise through elevated client relation

Act as a Maison ambassador

· Bring the Maison’s heritage, craftsmanship, and values to life with passion and authenticity

• Communicate and educate clients on product creation, materials, care, and design philosophy

• Demonstrate expert knowledge across all collections, adapting your storytelling to each client profile

• Represent the Maison, translating the complexity of fine watchmaking into compelling stories that enhance emotional connection and client appreciation.

• Serve as a role model of behavior, tone, luxury standards, and service excellence for the boutique team

Ensure Operational Excellence

• Uphold all Group, Maison, and boutique security and operational procedures

• Support boutique daily set -up, closing activities, and maintenance of displays and back -stock

• Participate in merchandising execution to ensure visual excellence in line with Maison standards

• Contribute to inventory processes, cycle counts, and audit preparation

• Assist with key operational and back -office projects as required

• Demonstrate strong expertise, enabling effective operational support to the tea

Qualifications

Education:

· College degree preferred

Required Experience:

· 5-8 years experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, watchmaking, fashion, hospitality or private-client service

· Proven success in high-end sales & clienteling, consistently meeting/exceeding goals

Technical Skills / Abilities:

· Experience managing HNW / UHNW clients and sensitive, confidential relationships

· Strong mastery of the luxury sales ceremony and elevated service excellence

· Demonstrated ability to lead by example

· Skilled in client development, networking, and building client portfolios

· Confident using CRM tools and digital clienteling platforms

Personal Skills:

· Fluent in English - additional language skills are a plus

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required

· Strong understanding of Customer Service needs strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision

· Self-starter with team-player approach

· Must be available to work retail hours including nights and weekends

Expected Salary Range: $28 - $32

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
