Boutique Manager _ MTB 101

Founded in 1906 as a manufacturer of writing instruments, MONTBLANC today creates  exclusive products including watches, jewelry, writing instruments and leather goods which reflect our high demands with respect to culture, quality, design, tradition and craftsmanship. With more than 25 subsidiaries and 600 boutiques MONTBLANC is present all over the world.

Sales:

  • To achieve or surpass designated sales targets within periods (MTD/QTD/YTD), for both individual and store targets.
  • Lead the team to elevate Retail/CRM/KPI, and to deploy actions, adjust strategy flexibly based on business need.
  • Be able to sell HA and lead the team to sell HA for target achievement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to seek for business opportunities

Operation:

  • Stock management: To ensure adequate and complete assortments at the boutique.
  • To oversee proper attire, grooming and behavior, daily store flow in line with the brand’s guidelines.
  • To ensure the boutique is maintained in perfect condition. To prioritize, plan, delegate and adapt to business needs.
  • To ensure compliance to meet company procedures and polices

Management:

  • To train, coach and motivate boutique staff and take care of the recruitment, staff evaluation and development of the team.
  • To organize daily briefing and monthly meetings to give objectives, share information and foster team spirit.
  • To conduct performance revies, manage HR tasks, and cultivate a positive work environment

Customer Relations Management:

  • To continuously build strong client relationship and loyalty, and to treat the client according to brand’s standards.
  • To acquire a relevant client database, convert into sales transaction and retain the client for future transactions.
  • To ensure staffs’ proficiency in executing client engagement/digital marketing tasks.
  • To deliver a consistent, quality boutique experience for clients and handle complaints professionally

Activation:

  • To coordinate with marketing for implementation
  • To ensure the efficiency and ROI of store events

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong sales analytical skills with the ability to interpret insights into implementation.
