(Asst.) Logistics Manager

Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Manage the operation of E2E logistics flow from reginal hub to stores in mainland China, including Customs clearance, bonded and non-bonded WH inbound and outbound activities, domestic transportation and Ecom deliveries.

· Work closely with HQ on import shipment arrangements, Customs related documents preparation, and tracking for both regular and new products.

· Continually look for ways to optimize the lead time to stores and cost reduction.

· Evaluate and initiate improvement plan on the existing processes and execute when needed to satisfy Operations and Business expectations and the dynamic business environment.

· Prepare management reports to provide a good visibility on logistics performance and control logistics cost based on budget.

· Manage Logistics service providers, develop and maintain strategic relationships with partners.

· Collaborate with peers in other functions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Excellent English and Mandarin Communication Skills.

- University Degree or above with related major in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.

- 6-8 years’ relevant experience with hands-on, at least 2 years in Manager or Assistant Manager Role.

- Familiar Luxury Logistics operation, previous experiences in this industry preferred.

- Experiences with Project Management, Team Management, 3PL tender preferred.

- Analytical, problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.

- Positive, self-motivated to take up responsibility and able to work independently.

- Strong numerical sense, excellent MS Excel skills.

- Fast learner, high potential for future career development.
