Job Description:

1. Payment Application Support

  • Assist the project team with payment application processes.

2. Chop Application Assistance

  • Help the project team with chop applications.
  • Ensure all legal documents are properly filed according to standards both locally and online in MS OneDrive.

3. File Organization, Tracking, and Recording

  • Manage and track contracts, invoices, payment records.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of documents to facilitate efficient payment processing.
  • Regularly update and maintain databases for the store projects team.

4. Vendor Coordination

  • Maintain close communication with vendors to update them on chopping and payment progress.

5. Administrative Tasks

  • Perform daily administrative duties such as printing, copying, and scanning.
  • Coordinate the sending of documents and packages via courier services (domestic & international destinations)

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience in luxury and/or fashion industries is a plus.
  2. Agile, self-motivated, and open-minded.
  3. Possesses a positive attitude with strong service orientation.
  4. Friendly and courteous in interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
  5. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Proficient in both oral and written English.
  7. College students available for at least four days a week.
  8. Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, with a collaborative team spirit.
  9. Proficient in using MS Office Applications (especially Powerpoint & Excel)
