MAIN PURPOSE
The Transformation & Transversal Projects Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing all transversal projects within the French market.
This role plays a key part in driving organizational transformation while ensuring strong alignment between local, European, and global teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate all transversal projects for the French market, including:
- Organizational projects
- Creation and update of procedures
- Implementation and enhancement of IT tools
- Coordinate with:
- All support regional functions in France (finance, HR, Security, Real estate, Logistics, Legal, IT, etc)
- European teams
- Global teams
- IT teams (Group Platform)
- Various legal entities / business units in France
- Oversee and structure transformation initiatives across the French market
- Ensure consistency, prioritization, and proper tracking of projects (timelines, risks, deliverables)
- Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders
- Support change management and drive adoption of new processes and tools
Profile & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Strong experience in transformation and project management
- Finance background highly preferred
- Solid understanding of organizational and IT-related challenges
- Experience in complex, matrix organizations
Technical Skills
- Strong project management expertise
- Advanced proficiency in:
- PowerPoint
- Excel
- SAP knowledge is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and structuring skills
