Together, we belong to something beautiful.As part of the Sales Department, you will excel and enjoy this position – open for multiple areas: Emilia Romagna; Campania, Calabria & Sicilia, if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Reach geographical Area economic targetsImprove and develop geographical Area’s turnover Promote the correct flow of capital information to/from headquarter and storesGuarantee the correct application of Groups’ policies and economic policies (prices, promotions, communications)In charge of employees’ health and safety, acting as safety authoritySupervise and approve HR policies among the stores of his/her competency in partnership with the HRBP retail of the Area.Promote Stores’ developmentManage employees career paths in collaboration with HRBP Retail of the Area.Support Store Managers when neededCheck constantly his/her own geographical Areas’ targets through management tools provided (sales, profits, shop profits, KPIs);Elaborate and share with the Store Manager and Specialist the appropriate use of development plans in order to achieve Group’s goalsImplement and adapt National commercial strategy to his/her Geographical Area according to local needs and peculiarsManage relationship with Training Department in order to develop Retail Employees’ Expertise Manage relationships with Brands in order to implement commercial activities and plansCompetitor's analysis in order to understand the market and to implement new strategies in cooperation with Sales Director and all the Sales TeamBeing confident with social media, animate Sephora Community Be an ambassador in external bureaucratic relations and employer branding events when involvedParticipate in projects with all the HQ Departments Who we are looking for:5/7 years of experience as Area Manager in dynamic and international environment Strong financial and analytical skillsDrive results: effectively guide the completion of activities to achieve expected resultsExcellence orientationExcellent relationship abilities both for internal and external stakeholdersResilience to working in a highly dynamic environmentAdvanced level of Italian and English is mandatory How to be successful in the role and at Sephora:By staying results-oriented and proactive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you'll contribute to the success of Sephora.
