With a curation of nearly 500 brands, and our own label, Sephora Collection, we offer the most unique and diverse range of products: fragrances, makeup, hair care, skincare... and much more.Position Purpose:Sephora Middle East is recruiting a Care Education Expert, based in Sephora University (Jeddah).The main responsibility of this role is to support Skincare & Haircare learning and development of the KSA West region’s store team through the implementation of regional training initiatives, training delivery, in-store coaching and assessment (approx. 70% of time). The Care Education Expert is based in Jeddah and is responsible for all initiatives within the KSA West region. This role reports to the KSA Care Trainer, who oversees Skincare & Haircare training initiatives for whole KSA.Other tasks will include delivery of Sephora University Skincare & Haircare training modules (in-class and digital) in own region, supporting brand training organization and some admin tasks. The role requires strong collaboration with Retail & Store Managers to support the learning and development of the store team.This is a regional role that will require frequent travel within the West region of KSA and occasionally in Central and/or East region of KSA.  You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :Coaching & Support at store levelVisit Sephora stores on weekly basis to support with follow-up, coaching, assessment and sharing feedback through store visit reports.Develop Skincare & Haircare knowledge and skills of the store team through feedback and coaching on conversation, selling speech, Sephora Attitude and new product launchesResponsible for talent development, following the internal process, for the KSA West region.Partner with Retail & Store Managers to share and align on feedback, development plan and follow-up actions through meetings and reports. Skincare & Haircare EducationWith the support of the KSA Care Trainer, build and manage throughout the year the training calendar and budget for the KSA West region.Deliver our Sephora University Skincare & Haircare training modules (in-class and digital) in KSA West region.Support the KSA Care Trainer with the development of the Skincare Community, by strengthening and developing the Skincare Experts of the KSA West region.Accountable to increase Skincare & Haircare expertise in KSA West region by teaching about conversation, category knowledge, trends, use of devices, selling techniques, cross category and product knowledge.Track development, progress and learning of the KSA West region store team.Follow-up and support engagement of the store team with our digital Sephora Learning App. Skincare & Haircare Brand TrainingSupport the organization and logistics of any Skincare & Haircare Education events.Support in delivering content of multi-brand training organized internally.Support Skincare & Haircare brands digital training.Support organization and monitoring of Skincare & Haircare Masterclass training with involved brands.Manage admin tasks related to Skincare & Haircare brand trainings (digital trainings, attendee lists, testers’ requests…). Collaboration & Communication with business partnersStore & Retail Management – share feedback, align on business, priorities & support needed at store level.OGCC SU team – collaboration, exchange of best practices and learning from each other’sHR – support in providing feedback on the store Skincare team and for HR-organized eventsSkincare and Haircare Offer team – tight collaboration at all times to align on priorities & needsMarketing/PR – participate in events, acting as a true Sephora Ambassador Do not hesitate to apply if you have:Experience in Beauty retail is a must (3+ years) and/or in retail education Skincare & Haircare knowledgeHas proven records of coaching and developing peopleDemonstrate excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skillsLocally mobile (will travel within KSA on regular basis) and able to travel regionally (may have to travel within the Middle East countries on yearly basis)Collaborative, flexible, adaptable, resilient, open to feedback and self-motivatedHere, you will find: Community, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit Culture of empowerment, learning & growth, that offers you the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and lead Work that brings fulfillment.
