As the Field Training Executive - NSW, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our store teams by delivering engaging training experiences, inspiring confidence and coaching our Beauty Advisors and leaders to perform at their very best. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer who thrives in both the classroom and on the shop floor. You'll design and deliver impactful learning experiences, partner closely with District Managers, Store Leaders, and Brand Partners and use your coaching expertise to build capability, elevate the customer experience and drive commercial results. If you love facilitating training, influencing others and seeing people grow through your coaching, this role is for you. You'll shine here if you enjoy… Delivering dynamic and engaging classroom, virtual, and in-store training that inspires confidence and drives performance.Coaching Beauty Advisors and Store Leaders on the shop floor to embed learning and create lasting impact. Working with Store Leaders to identify development opportunities and creating tailored coaching plans that unlock individual and team potential.Bringing Sephora's skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories to life through embedding product education.Translating your passion for our products into the learning environment.Delivering leadership and soft skills workshops that empower managers to build high-performing teams.Building connections with a community of Beauty Lovers. Working closely with the Education Team, District Manager and Store Team you will be empowered to support education iniatives in the field. We would love to hear from you if you have:Proven experience delivering training, coaching, or facilitating learning (essential). Demonstrated success engaging adult learners through classroom facilitation, virtual training, and one-on-one coaching.Strong retail experience with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences (highly regarded). Beauty industry knowledge across skincare, makeup, haircare or fragrance.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Flexibility to travel across NSW Stores.  Bring your energy.
