Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace). Manager, Category Activation (Malaysia-Based) As a Manager, Category Activation, you will be responsible in building the Sephora Collection brand and product categories in Singapore and Malaysia. As the brand guardian, this role’s objective would be to grow the business across both brick and mortar and Ecommerce for Sephora Collection, across different axes.  This role would also be the key stakeholder of the Fragrance category across both brick and mortar and Ecommerce, with the objective of driving sales as well as maintaining a healthy commercial margin.   You will shine here if you enjoy…Commercial Planning and DevelopmentDeveloping priorities and strategies for Sephora Collection’s growth in Malaysia, across B&M; and E-commerce, and across all axesWorking closely with regional and local Supply Chain and Logistics team to ensure stock availability across all channelsBeing responsible for achieving volume and sharing targets by formulating strategies for the Fragrance category and executing Fragrance omni-channel category management plansWorking closely in tandem with existing Fragrance brands, while also proactively sourcing new brand opportunities to drive growthLiaising with internal stakeholders to drive Fragrance sales, including but not limited to space planning and configurations, store expansions, and Ecommerce opportunitiesManaging daily operations of the brand in stores and Ecommerce Brand Building and MarketingAdapting and localizing the global brand marketing plans for Sephora CollectionWorking closely with the Marketing team to oversee the execution of all consumer marketing strategies and campaigns across both channels Retail OperationsManaging, influencing, and supporting the Sephora Collection Team Captains across all retail stores through close collaboration, knowledge sharing and partnershipOwning and executing the Sephora Collection incentive program across all storesBeing the point of contact for Sephora Collection Team Captains for all matters pertaining to Sephora CollectionEnsuring our store teams are well familiar and well trained with all Fragrance brands, to help drive sales further, developing tools and services as and when required We would love to hear from you if you are/have…At least 5 to 7 years of experience in Merchandising, Brand Management, Account Management or other commercial skillsExperience in fashion or beauty industry is strongly preferredPassionate about beauty, with a flair of trends and style is highly advantageousStrong analytical skills and comfortable with numbersStrong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels Here, you will find:Community, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit Culture of empowerment, learning & growth, that offers you the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and lead Work that brings fulfilment, from delighting clients every day, to inspiring our industry at large, every action makes a difference  It is in the Sephora DNA to champion a world of inspiration and inclusion where everyone can celebrate their beauty.
