Ready for a career glow-up? As Senior Analyst, Pricing & Margin, you’ll play a key role in shaping pricing and margin strategies that support business performance and elevate the client experience. The work you do will directly impact beauty, as you turn complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations that help drive smart, strategic decisions. What You’ll Do:Margin Analysis:Review current business processes and enhance planning tools to better support evolving business needs.Build a strong understanding of strategies, business issues, risks, and opportunities, and translate complex information into clear, concise insights.Analyze and interpret large, complex data sets to identify risks and opportunities for margin improvement.Provide meaningful margin analysis to support budgets, forecasts, and other key business reporting.Partner with inventory planning teams to deliver insights on margin performance and its impact on the business.Collaborate with inventory planning leaders to assess aging inventory and obsolescence risk, including tracking reserves and recovery strategies.Pricing:Build and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and reporting tools that support informed and effective decision-making.Partner closely with Finance to understand and evaluate the impact of pricing on market share.Monitor competitor pricing and consumer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities.Conduct scenario analysis and provide recommendations to help optimize pricing decisions.Perform regular audits to ensure pricing accuracy and support accountability for updates and corrections.Build and maintain Brand IMU and Brand MSRP trackers.Lead the annual Pricing Parity project, partnering with Merchandising Strategy to review and update SKUs not at parity.Ensure all SKUs are set up in alignment with leadership direction on FX.Collaborate with IT to address system-related roadblocks and support the implementation of new pricing systems and tools.Internal Tools & Reporting:Track Brand and SKU pricing, including brand cost, retail, parity, and IMU%, ensuring timely and accurate information is available across the organization.Develop internal tools as needed to support one-time updates and ongoing audit execution.Build and publish reporting that summarizes Pricing Parity execution and audit updates.Maintain and publish weekly company reporting, including the Weekly Sales Report, Corporate Report, Pop-up Report, and other key business updates.Keep reporting dashboards current and accurate by ensuring weekly updates reflect the latest available data. What You’ll Bring:3–5 years of experience in pricing analysis, margin analysis, financial analysis, retail analysis, or a similar analytical role.Bachelor’s degree, College diploma, or equivalent practical work experience.Retail or consumer goods experience is strongly preferred.Advanced technical proficiency, including strong Excel skills and experience with data analytics tools.Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for a range of stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.A collaborative, curious, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work through ambiguity and influence cross-functional partners.#FSCHIRING What You’ll Get:Caring Community.
