Senior Manager, HR Business Partner The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to regional teams across Merchandising, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement, Retail Excellence and Client Experience, and Franchise Markets in Southeast Asia-Oceania (SEAO), covering both regional headquarters and market-based talent within these functions. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with and constructively challenge leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability and deliver business priorities. You will work closely with regional business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence, and market HR and leadership teams to translate business strategy into practical people plans and drive organizational effectiveness across workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, performance, succession and change management. In addition, you will lead an HR Manager overseeing the Indonesia Shared Service Center, which supports SEAO, the Middle East and selected European markets. strategies that support commercial and organizational goalsBuilding trusted relationships across levels and functions, using influence, credibility and sound judgment to coach leaders and support effective decision-makingUsing data, insights, and external benchmarking to identify trends, assess organizational health and recommend improvements to people practices, policies and interventions Organizational Effectiveness and TalentLeading or contributing to organizational design, workforce planning and resource planning discussions to ensure teams are structured appropriately for growth, efficiency and future capability needsDriving the delivery of key HR cycles and talent processes, including organization and manpower reviews, performance and compensation cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, employee engagement initiatives and annual budget planning, with a focus on bench strength, retention and overall organizational healthCoaching managers on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, performance management and employee development, equipping them with the tools and confidence to lead their teams wellPartnering with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on hiring plans, candidate assessment, onboarding effectiveness and new hire integration to strengthen talent quality, fulfillment and internal staffing outcomes, while supporting a strong candidate and employee experience People Leadership and OversightLeading and developing an HR Manager supporting the Indonesia Shared Service Center, providing direction, coaching and oversight to ensure strong people support, leadership capability and consistent HR delivery within a critical operational environmentOverseeing the HR scope for the Indonesia Shared Service Center, partnering with business and HR stakeholders to support organizational effectiveness, employee matters, talent priorities and evolving workforce needs in alignment with broader regional objectives Employee Relations and Change ManagementProviding guidance on sensitive employee matters, balancing empathy, fairness, policy, compliance, risk and business context in areas such as performance concerns, employee relations and organizational changeLeading or supporting regional and cross-market HR projects, change initiatives and business transformation efforts, sharing best practices and helping drive adoption across teamsIdentifying opportunities to strengthen communication, collaboration and ways of working across functions, helping embed culture, values and purpose while enabling continuous improvement and a positive employee experience Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent and integrated delivery of solutions across learning and development, rewards, talent acquisition, employee engagement and HR operations We would love to hear from you if you are/have…A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or another relevant discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including roles in HR business partnering and broader HR leadershipDemonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced and matrixed environmentProven people leadership experience, with the ability to lead, coach and support HR team members while maintaining a high standard of support and executionStrong business acumen and the ability to translate commercial priorities into practical people strategies and actions, including thoughtful workforce planning and cost disciplineDemonstrated expertise in organizational design, talent management, employee relations, performance management and leading organizational change initiatives, with the ability to strengthen succession bench strength and talent retentionStrong background in managing employee relations and engagement, with the judgement to balance business needs, employee experience and riskExperience alancing strategic partnering with hands-on operational understanding, with a sound understanding of local labour laws across SEAO markets, and strong attention to governance and compliancePrior experience in retail industry or similarly fast-paced, customer-facing environment would be highly advantageousConfidence working through ambiguity, influencing without authority and navigating complex stakeholder environments with diplomacy and sound judgementStrong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, empathy and professionalismHighly adaptable and flexible, with openness to new ideas, people and ways of working, and the
