About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analysis and understanding of new or amended business process workflows and how they are integrated in Digital systems
  • Take over responsibility for several Digital services - primarily SAP S/4 HANA MM – Purchasing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and Interfaces to external Logistic Partners, Global Label Print Solution (non-SAP), Interfaces between SAP and Retail Systems
  • Act as Digital Project Leader and/or as Subject Matter Expert for Implementation Projects in the SCM/Procurement/Retail Area.
  • Continuous business process efficiency improvements utilizing the existing software portfolio and its capabilities, tailoring it for Swarovski by Customizing and ABAP developments.
  • Consult in the evaluation of new software solutions in course of new business requirements which cannot be covered by the existing software portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with peer teams and organizations (Digital, Process Excellence/Mgt., Key users, end users)

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree in Information Technology or Business Administration, SAP courses in the Logistic area
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as SAP S4 MM consultant with experience in SAP rollouts with good understanding of adjacent modules LE/SD/PP
  • Strong hands-on configuration and customizing expertise
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex business and system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and review technical concepts when required
  • Proven ability to lead projects and work with global stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a hands-on attitude
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
  • Experience in retail or omnichannel business environments is a plus
