About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Driving retail performance and store conversion by owning and delivering high-impact trade marketing activations and promotional strategies across the DACH region
- Developing and executing promotional and retail activation concepts, including seasonal campaigns, product launches and key commercial moments
- Driving omnichannel activations and promotional mechanics (e.g. SALE campaigns, GWP programs, in-store initiatives), ensuring a seamless customer journey from awareness to purchase
- Planning and executing retail, flagship, partner and trade events, ensuring consistent brand excellence and strong in-store impact
- Owning and leading complex, cross-functional and cross-market projects across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, ensuring structured execution and reliable on-time delivery
- Managing projects end-to-end, including scope definition, timeline planning, stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation
- Owning end-to-end budgets for Trade Marketing, Events and Promotions, including planning, forecasting, cost control and performance tracking
- Acting as the primary owner for execution quality, prioritization and budget performance across all initiatives within scope
- Collaborating closely with CRM, Media, PR, Retail and Store teams to ensure alignment and maximize commercial impact across all channels
- Acting as the key interface to agencies, production partners and external vendors, ensuring high-quality execution within defined frameworks and budgets
- Guiding and aligning stakeholders without direct reporting lines, ensuring clarity, consistency and high standards across all initiatives
- Monitoring performance, analyzing results and deriving clear actions to continuously improve retail execution, efficiency and commercial impact
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- You have at least 4 years of professional experience in Trade Marketing, Retail, Promotions, Event Marketing or a comparable retail-focused environment
- You bring strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives, stakeholders and timelines simultaneously
- You have clear ownership mindset, high execution discipline and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
- You have a strong affinity for fashion, luxury and premium consumer brands, combined with a high sensitivity for brand aesthetics and customer experience
- You work in a highly structured, hands-on and solution-oriented way, with strong ownership, entrepreneurial thinking and excellent numerical skills
- You are confident working with relevant tools and systems such as SAP, MS Office and project management platforms; affinity for AI-supported tools and automation is a strong advantage
- You are fluent in both German and English and communicate effectively across cross-functional and international teams
