POSITION SUMMARY

Zenith is seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand President to lead its Americas operations. This executive role is responsible for the overall strategic direction, sales performance, and operational efficiency across North America and Latin America. The Brand President directly manages a team of key functional leads and oversees a network of 87 points of sale.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Strategic Leadership & Business Development:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aligned with the brand's global vision to drive growth and profitability.
    • Identify market opportunities, anticipate luxury consumer trends, and position the brand for sustained success in a competitive landscape.
    • Define and execute long-term strategies that align with global brand objectives.
  • Sales & Distribution:
    • Drive wholesale performance, ensuring sales growth and market penetration.
    • Manage channel strategy across Wholesale, E-commerce and emerging Retail opportunities to ensure long-term, sustainable growth and brand building
    • Develop and implement distribution and sales strategies to expand market reach into new markets and customer segments.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retail partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Brand Management & Marketing:
    • Elevate brand presence and enhance customer experience across all touchpoints.
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans in alignment with global briefs to achieve brand and financial goals.
    • Maintain and enhance established brand equity, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Client & Omnichannel Excellence
    • Leverage CRM/Clienteling as a system of action to drive decision-making and clientelling excellence
    • Deliver a seamless and elevated client experience across all touchpoints
  • Financial Performance:
    • Own full P&L; accountability for the Americas region.
    • Drive both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability.
    • Implement financial management practices to ensure fiscal health and strategic resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and luxury service standards.
    • Build, inspire, and mentor high-performing teams across various functions.
    • Foster a diverse and inclusive environment consistent with LVMH’s core values.

Profil

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Proven track record as a President, General Manager or senior executive (e.g., VP Commercial in a mid-size Maison or VP Regional Sales in a larger organization) within a multinational luxury or premium consumer goods environment. Deep knowledge of the North American market, including wholesale dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. Significant expertise in the luxury sector, with a strong understanding of brand elevation and desirability. Strong wholesale and distribution background with extensive experience managing multi-channel partnerships. Demonstrated P&L; ownership and financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, align, and mobilize large, diverse teams. Outstanding strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities at the executive level. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (advanced degree strongly preferred).
