Sales Consultant

Born in exuberant, ebullient Saint Germain, Paris, in 1961, Diptyque is a creator of evocative perfumes for the self and the home, scented skincare products and desirable decorative objects. Job Responsibilities:
•    Maximize sales, achieve targets and contribute to the growth of sales
•    Share the brand's vision and story with customers, and establish long-term relationships
•    Carefully listen and understand customer needs, proactively provide service, assist in promoting the company's brand, and ensure customers have a good shopping experience
•    Properly manage the daily operations of the store

Job Qualifications:

•    2-3 years' relevant experience in luxury retail industry
•    Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
•    Self-motivated, responsible, willing to learn, and passionate about storytelling and providing excellent service
•    Good communication skills, customer service orientation, and emphasis on teamwork
•    Able to handle multiple tasks and willing to accept challenges
