Focusing on sell outs, you are mainly responsible for growing sustainable wholesale sales with our Key Account and DOM Account customers for our multi brands portfolio in Indonesia ultimately strengthening our market share and trade visibility./pulliDevelops customer sales strategies by brands to achieve sales targets, cash control targets, profit amp; margin contribution and to expand the company’s customer base./liliDevelops and leads sales and product presentations to the key accounts, conducts business reviews with company provided reports and tools./liliParticipate in forecasting and tracking, sales presentation development, account reviews, and product planning Show, proactive marketing initiatives and merchandising presentations win strategy support, competitor insight, market expertise and ad hoc research./liliManage and implement customer assortments by brands at the customer level; Interfaces with planner on inventory needs and changes to account assortments, inclusive of POM sales; Establishes Merchandising program in line with direction from Corporate office, customized to meet customer needs./liliWork closely with Trade Marketing team to maximize Key Account In store Presence, distribution tracking and coordinates needs with customers’ Marketing Department, inclusive of advertised images and pop needs for accounts/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliShould have prior 10+ years of experience at Key Account Management with sales channel in Indonesia/liliStrong interest in luxury and fashion brands and products;/liliExtensive knowledge of the apparels/FMCG/Jewelly/Cosmetics/Luxury retail industry and work at International companies background/liliFluent Bahasa Indonesia amp; English, Italian is advantage /liliIndependent, meticulous with attention to detail/liliHigh energy, fast paced, matrix-reporting, multi-cultural environment and an action-oriented goal getter/liliStrong sales capabilities, planning and analytical skills/liliGood ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization with strong presentation skills/liliStrategic mindset and able to build strong business rapport with all management levels/liliStrong organizational skills and analytical skills that enable you to handle complex sales cycle (multi brands, multiple collections and large POS network) and coordination with multiple internal departments/liliNatural acumen for not only driving sell in but also a real understanding of retail operations and able to drive the sell through/liliAbility to work and manage in an ambiguous/changing environment/li/ulpspan style=strongOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment​/strong/span/ppspan style=We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
