Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible./span/ppstrongYour Role/strong/ppAs an intern in our Logistics Customer Service team, you will support the senior team members in daily logistics activities and customer service operations. This internship is an opportunity to acquire practical experience in an international logistics environment, developing analytical, organizational, and communication skills./ppYou will assist the EMEA subsidiaries by providing support on shipment-related information, contributing to the analysis of logistics data, and collaborating with both internal departments and external business partners./ppstrongMain Responsibilities/strong/ppSupport the team in the follow-up of logistics requests, issues, and new initiatives involving business partners./ppContribute to monitoring and maintaining Logistics Service Levels across the relevant business channels./ppAssist with the updating and maintenance of logistics settings tables (warehouse + transportation), ensuring alignment with business requirements./ppHelp maintain effective communication with business partners and relevant internal/external stakeholders./ppPrepare basic reports and documentation for internal use./ppstrongMain Requirements/strong/ppEducational background in Economics, Foreign Languages, Logistics, or similar fields./ppStrong communication and interpersonal skills./ppGood proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel in particular)./ppAttention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team./ppLanguages: Italian and English mandatory; French is a plus./ppspan style=strongOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment/strong/span/pp /ppspan style=We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
